Joining together with others in class helps you focus on Lent as a time of preparations for Easter. A free class is a local opportunity to meet more people in your Mandarin neighborhood and engage within your community.
The following classes will begin the first week of March:
Because of This I Rejoice: Reading Philippians During Lent by Max O. Vincent
This class is being offered on Wednesday evenings, beginning on March 4.
Facilitated by Victoria Einbinder

This 5-week book study of Philippians explores what Paul teaches about joyfully practicing spiritual disciplines. The intent of these disciplines is to help us focus less on ourselves and more on God. This Lenten study invites us to engage in the same spiritual practices as a way to grow closer to God and allow joy to flow through our lives.
Why Easter Matters by Andy Stanley
This class is being offered on BOTH Wednesday at 6:30 pm and Thursday at 9:30 am.
To sign up for Wednesday evening (facilitated by Dan Davis), click here.
To sign up for Thursday morning (facilitated by Catherine Wolf), click here.
Andy Stanley looks at some of the people whose lives intersected with Jesus in the weeks leading to his crucifixion. Each of them had an agenda that put them at odds with God and Jesus. As you’ll see, there’s a little bit of them in all of us.
