As part of our Wednesday night offerings, we are excited to start a weekly, 15-minute devotional from 6:15 – 6:30 PM. Join us for a short, spoken devotional and music in Wesley Hall at the Mandarin campus. Come find peace and center in faith amidst a chaotic world.

Join Courtney Lewis as she facilitates the bible study, Determined by Heather M. Dixon. Live intentionally and embrace the abundant life! Do you drift through the day not appreciating the gift of every moment? It’s easy to do. Learn how to make the most of each day by following in the footsteps of Jesus - the One who lived with a joy-filled determination, laser-focused on his mission to love the world. In this 6-week study of the book of Luke, you’ll follow the life and ministry of Jesus and consider the choices He made on His way to the cross. You’ll find a model for intentional living that can be replicated to ensure that you live each day to the fullest, making a difference for God’s kingdom. Participant Guides will be available in the classroom for $12 each.

Join Pastors Britt Gilmore, Will Wold and Congregational Connector Andrea Vrtikapa in this 5-week online class as they lead you through the history of the United Methodist Church, methodism and discipleship, and digging deeper into the five vows we take when we join the United Methodist Church: Prayers, Presence, Gifts, Service and Witness.  All class materials will be provided.

Authentic Manhood Series:  A Man and His Marriage

Join Michael Maxwell and Bruce Seidner as they facilitate the first session of this Authentic Manhood Series:  A Man and His Marriage. This six-session study covers important but often misunderstood details about marriage, including biblical foundation, servant leadership, friendship, threats, and sex. It concludes with specific, practical ideas that can help you bring new life to your marriage. Participant guides available in the classroom for $20 each.

American Sign Language

Starting January 12 | 6:30 PM | A841 FLC Connections
Join Jennie Allinson as she instructs you through basic American Sign Language learning the manual alphabet and how to spell names, greetings and farewells, and to ask simple questions. No book or experience is required. Bring a friend so you have someone to practice with! You do not have to have attended the fall session to participate.

Join Pat Ester as she facilitates the bible study How Happiness Happens by Max Lucado. You will explore passages of Scripture - explaining how practical acts of generosity can produce a life of satisfaction and moments of true joy. In a world searching for happiness, bestselling author Max Lucado provides a personal plan for a life filled with lasting and fulfilling joy, supported by Jesus’ teaching and modern research. In this 6-week study, unravel the several "one another" passages in the Bible that reveal how the happiest people aren’t those who have the most but who are willing to give the most away. Study guides will be available in the classroom for $9 each.
