Children's Ministry

Nursery + Preschool

(Birth-Pre-K) Our nursery provides a safe, clean, and loving environment for your baby during our services. We are ready to help your little one grow and learn!

Elementary

(Kindergarten-5th Grade) Your children will build friendships, have fun and learn about Jesus’ love for them through creative lessons, games, and songs. Your child’s safety is ensured through dependable, background-checked leaders. Our goal is that your child will leave every week knowing Jesus loves them, we believe in them, and that church can be fun.

What are the Children Learning?

Elementary

January continues our year-long (August-May) journey through the Bible as we look at God’s Big Story. Every kid has experienced what it’s like to learn a new skill, whether that’s tying shoelaces, learning to dribble a soccer ball, or practicing piano. Each of these things require a plan to practice a little each day—resulting in big changes over time. That’s why this month’s theme is “Game Plan: Growing stronger in faith every day”—so kids can discover how walking with Jesus isn’t a one-time choice, but something they can grow in over time.
  • Week One: Jesus at the Temple (Luke 2:41-52)
    • Bottom Line: Practice talking about God.
  • Week Two: The Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13)
    • Bottom Line: Practice praying to God.
  • Week Three: The Wise and Foolish Builders (Matthew 7:24-27, supporting: John 10:27-28)
    • Bottom Line: Practice hearing from God.
  • Week Four: Jesus Chooses Levi (Luke 5:27-32)
    • Bottom Line: Practice living for God.
Memory Verse: Training the body has some value. But being godly has value in every way. It promises help for the life you are now living and the life to come. 1 Timothy 4:8, NIrV

Preschool

Books are a gift because of what they can teach us, but there is one book that surpasses them all—the Bible! Jesus said, “Your word is truth” (John 17:17 NIrV). That’s what the Bible is. It’s truth! The Bible is filled with God’s words, and all the best things God wants to teach us. The Bible teaches us the best things!
Join us in January as we pray for our preschoolers to fall in love with the Bible and that they will see God’s Word as truth. That they will see the Bible as the place they can go to learn the best things in life, things like God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. And that by the end of this month, they will know they can talk about God, hear from God, pray to God, and live for God, because those truly are the best things!
  • Week One: Young Jesus (Luke 2:41-52)
  • Week Two: Philip (Acts 8:26-35)
  • Week Three: Paul and Silas (Acts 16:16-40)
  • Week Four: Tabitha and Timothy (Acts 9:36-39; 1 Timothy 4:12)
Bottom Line: The Bible teaches me the best things.
Memory Verse: “Your word is truth.” John 17:17 NIrV
