Jax Cooking Studio’s experienced chef will guide you through the process of selecting the best ingredients and cooking techniques to create an authentic Italian meal. You’ll learn how to make pasta from scratch, prepare flavorful sauces, and create delicious desserts that will impress your friends and family. - Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, and Basil
- Fettuccine Pasta from Scratch

Pricing – $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen – Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
