You must attend a Child and Youth Protection class yearly. All of our volunteers require a background screening and must complete the necessary forms. You must complete the Child and Youth Protection Volunteer Application, Authorization for Background Screening Form and Participation Covenant Statement which are available for download here. Please download, fill out and email completed forms to Angie Engelthaler (Children’s Ministry), Chad Deetz (Youth Ministry) or Mike Groos (Recreation Ministry).
