You must attend a Child and Youth Protection class yearlyAll of our volunteers require a background screening and must complete the necessary forms. Please download the Child and Youth Protection Volunteer Application, Authorization for Background Screening Form and Participation Covenant Statement which are available here. Completed forms should be returned to Sam Corlew (Children’s Ministry), Chad Deetz (Youth Ministry) or Mike Groos (Recreation Ministry).

On-Campus Training

On-campus training sessions occur on the first Wednesday of every month in room 303. Child Protection (serving with children ages birth to 5th grade) will be held from 5:15 – 5:45 PM and Youth Protection (serving with children in 6th to 12th grade) will be held from 5:45 – 6:00 PM.

Online Training

You may complete Child and Youth Protection Training online by watching the Child and Youth Protection Training Videos and completing an online quiz.
