Saturday Service: Homeless Coalition
Mandarin Longleaf Missions is having a church-wide Saturday Service day at the Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County, on August 23, and would love for you to join us.
Below are examples of projects we may work on, however, we can’t properly plan for projects without registration numbers.

Painting homes and porches

Landscaping — raking, pulling weeds, clearing brush in the field

Garden Project — raising garden beds to help make the easily accessible for residents

Cleaning up the Campus — picking up garbage

Reorganizing the Storage Barn
Please wear the appropriate clothing and (closed-toe) footwear.
Children are able to participate as long as their parents are in attendance.
- About the Organization:
- The Homeless Coalition provides innovative programs to assist most chronic homeless families, with children, in Florida’s St. Johns County to get off the street and on the road to self-sufficiency.
- Why serve:
- Loving God and Neighbor — Service days are a great opportunity for us to be the body of Christ and serve our neighbors
- Building Community — Service days are also a great way to spend time with your church family
